The Team
Disco Crêpes is, above all, a story of friendship, great food and a shared desire to do things differently.

A Group of Friends
Imagine a group of eight friends brought together by a passion for crêpes, great food and good times.
There's no fixed team and no military-style rota here.
We work a bit like a shared crêperie: each person takes over in turn, depending on their availability, energy... and sometimes their inspiration for the day.
Most of the team members were trained by Bertrand before launching their own crêpe businesses around Paris.
As a result, everyone brings their own personality, their own style and sometimes their own Daily Special, alongside our classic crêpes and buckwheat galettes.
Because we love tradition.
But we also love surprises.
An Unusual Way of Working
Disco Crêpes is прежде всего a collective, a mindset and a place to learn.
A simple, joyful human adventure built more on the desire to create something together than on the need to.
Here, in no particular order, we value responsiveness, honesty, reliability, great customer service, independence, humour, curiosity, teamwork, craftsmanship... and the Bee Gees.
Serious About Crêpes, Not About Ourselves
Behind the relaxed atmosphere, we take what we do seriously.
Every member of the team is trained in food hygiene and works independently.
Our crêpes and buckwheat galettes are freshly prepared to order using tried-and-tested recipes.
And don't be surprised if we speak to you like a friend—we have nothing against turning our customers into friends.
Meet the Team
At Disco Crêpes, we're all different.
A bit like the Village People... just with fewer dance routines and a lot more salted butter caramel.
Our backgrounds couldn't be more different, and we don't always have the same tastes either.
But we all share the essentials: a love of good food, a passion for welcoming people and the desire to make Disco Crêpes a lively, delicious and cheerful place.
And honestly, it works rather well.
Another little difference: we speak several languages.
Depending on who's working that day, you can order your crêpes in English, German, Arabic, Danish or Italian.
Pretty useful in an international neighbourhood like Le Marais!
Bertrand
The driving force behind the project.
An event caterer in Paris since 2016 with "Crêpes Magiques", international trainer, content creator and passionate crêpe enthusiast.
He also created the Crêpes Magiques YouTube channel, the world's first YouTube channel entirely dedicated to crêpes: more than 165 videos, 12,000 subscribers and over 40 hours of content.
Bertrand loves unusual places, slightly crazy projects, putting on a show, unexpected atmospheres... and ideas that often begin with: "I've got a slightly weird idea..."
His favourite galette?
A sweet buckwheat galette with fresh pear and dark chocolate.
Yes, really.
Trust him. It's amazing.
Amel
An outstanding cook who prepares both classic Italian dishes and delicious Tunisian specialities.
She works as a childminder during the week and joins Disco Crêpes mainly at weekends.
Amel definitely has a sweet tooth. If you're hesitating between caramel, chocolate or whipped cream, chances are she'll gently encourage you towards maximum indulgence.
Another fun fact: she owns an impressive collection of sunglasses. At this point, we're convinced she could open her own museum.
Gwenaëlle
With a first name like Gwenaëlle... try not to ask whether she's Breton 😉
After many years in accountancy, she completely changed career to join the world of gastronomy.
She created one of the most beautiful crêpe and galette food trucks in the Paris region: Les Rozh'Elles.
Nothing is left to chance with Gwenaëlle. She loves beautifully prepared food, careful presentation and delicious recipes that make people want to come back.
Inès
An event crêpe chef with Crepium, Inès believes food should be as beautiful as it is delicious.
For her, a crêpe is never just a crêpe. There always has to be an elegant presentation, a thoughtful detail or a gourmet idea nobody expected.
Her speciality?
Bambaloni, irresistible Tunisian doughnuts capable of destroying even the strongest willpower.
And her famous Dubai Crêpe? Let's just say it's already created a few happy obsessions.
When she's not cooking, she's probably photographing it... or posting it on Instagram.
Laerke
Yes, her name comes from Northern Europe. And yes, it's probably pronounced differently from what you're thinking!
Originally trained as a pharmacist and now a life coach, she somehow still finds time to make fantastic crêpes.
Her favourite combination?
Chocolate and whipped cream... with absolutely no limits.
Another well-known talent: she loves fancy dress and rarely finds an occasion too serious not to add a little fun.
Nabil
Between installing air-conditioning systems, Nabil also runs his own crêpe food truck.
He's the king of "No problem!"
One piece of advice: don't take too much advantage of his kindness. Ask him something nicely and there's a good chance he'll say yes... sometimes without even charging you.
People often tell him he's too kind.
He usually answers with a smile... and occasionally an even more generous portion than expected.
Apparently, generosity can be a guilty pleasure too 😉
Patrice
A professional caterer and highly experienced crêpe chef, Patrice can make perfect crêpes and galettes almost with his eyes closed.
But his career deserves a mention.
Former taxi driver, delivery driver, now drone pilot and specialist in premium dog treats, Patrice is what we like to call a professional UFO.
One thing is certain: when it comes to crêpes, he really knows his stuff.
And if you arrive with your dog... don't be surprised if your pet becomes Patrice's new best friend before you do.
Samia
The queen of takeaway service.
For many years, Samia has managed busy crêpe, waffle and churro stands at a large leisure park, where speed, efficiency and a smile are essential.
Fast, organised and used to serving large crowds, she can feed hundreds of hungry customers without ever losing her cool.
Honestly, it's impressive.
The Disco Crêpes team looks forward to welcoming you at 5 Rue des Gravilliers, in the heart of Le Marais, Paris.
